Maurice secured a B. Ag. from UCD in 1976 and also an MBA from UCD in 1991.
Worked with IFI and Waterford Foods in his early career and then joined Glanbia where he has held a range of positions including CEO/President of Southwest Cheese Company in the USA, establishing a €400 million business for Glanbia plc. Maurice has been General Manager -Programme Director – Change and Business Transformation Director (Global) for Glanbia.
